Hostage in a Million Dollar Condo on the Beach

Wait….Don’t call the police or worry.  I’m fine.  Nobody kidnapped me or anything like that.  I was holding myself hostage for a couple hours.

Fear is something quite powerful.  We dream big to make things happen in our lives, but many times our fears block us from experiencing the love, abundance, and joy of ever single moment even when we achieve our goals.

This just happened for me.  My dream for the past six months was to move out to San Diego and work by the beach.  I dreamed big, took inspired action, and it happened.

And by it, I mean living in a million dollar condo, right on the beach in Coronado.  Don’t ask me how this happened because I have no idea.  Once again, I dreamed big, took inspired action, and BAM…it landed in my lap.

So what’s the problem?  I was living my dream, but couldn’t enjoy it because I was being held hostage by my fears.  I was trapped in the fear jail cell where all I could see and feel was the pain of my fears:

“How am I going to maintain this lifestyle.  What’s my next step?  I need more money.  This is going to be gone in an instant.  How can I hold onto this forever?”

It was very painful until I reminded myself:

“Lloyd, you are not your fears.  You are the observer of your fears.

I went from wanting to tie some cinder blocks to my legs and hurl myself into the ocean to feeling the most intense feeling of love, gratitude, prosperity, connection, abundance, and peace in a matter of seconds.

Have you ever felt like a hostage to your own mind?  Constantly worrying how you were going to make the next step, how things were going to work out, what people were thinking of you, or if you made the right decision?

PEACE is one of the easiest things in the world to find.

Are you ready to improve your health,-1
